Equipment Sourcing

Not everything you need comes off a manufacturer's price list. Tell me the machine and the budget and I will work the dealer, auction and supplier network until something real comes back.

What this is

A buyer's agent for iron

Years of representing manufacturers means knowing who actually has inventory, who is honest about hours, and who will take a trade. That network does not switch off when the request falls outside a line I carry.

You get one point of contact instead of nine listing sites, and a straight read on condition and price rather than a description written to sell.

  • Used and surplus units — mixers, trailers, attachments and support equipment.
  • Hard-to-find machines — discontinued models and specific configurations.
  • Fleet additions — matching what you already run so parts and training carry over.
  • Trade and disposal — finding a home for the unit you are replacing.

Process

How a search runs

Sourcing is legwork, not luck. Here is the order it happens in and what you get at each stage.

01

Define the target

Machine, spec, acceptable hours or condition, delivery window and a real budget ceiling. Vague searches return vague results.

02

Work the network

Dealers, auctions, upfitters, fleet turnovers and manufacturer contacts — including units that never get listed publicly.

03

Verify before you look

Photos, hours, service history and a candid read on condition. Bad candidates get filtered out before they reach you.

04

Land it

Price negotiated, freight quoted, inspection or transport coordinated, paperwork handled through delivery.

Category

Truck & Body

Dump bodies, flatbeds, containers, trailers and support iron — new, used or coming off a fleet.

Category

Concrete & Aggregate

Volumetric plants, cement silos, dispensers, conveyors, pumps and the support equipment around a batching operation.

Category

Agriculture

Implements, attachments and used machinery, plus the parts side that keeps older equipment in the field instead of in a fencerow.

Ground rules

What you can expect from me

  • No search fee to start. Tell me what you need and I will tell you honestly whether I can find it.
  • Condition described straight. If it is rough, you hear it is rough. A bad buy costs me the next five calls.
  • Freight quoted with the unit. Delivered cost, not a number that grows after you say yes.
  • A real answer on timing. If the market is dry for what you want, I will say so rather than string it out.

Describe the machine. I will go find it.

Model, spec, budget and when you need it on the ground. Photos help if you are matching something you already run.
